My Community Support Free Giveaway

  1. Eligibility

    Entry is open to UK-based community car clubs, enthusiast groups, and non-commercial automotive communities only. Business-only organisations, dealerships, and commercial operators may be excluded at our discretion.

  2. How to Enter

    To enter, participants must:

    • Like the giveaway post.
    • Share the giveaway post.
    • Follow the My Community Support page/account for winner contact.

  3. Winner Selection

    One winner will be selected at random, drawn from a hat, from eligible entries. The decision of My Community Support is final.

  4. Prize Details

    The winner will receive:

    • Free use of the My Community Support platform for 12 months from the agreed launch/release date.
    • Access to the Community Version of the platform and its included features available at the time of launch.

  5. Hosting & Domain Costs

    The platform licence is free for the first 12 months; however:

    • Web hosting costs are not included and must be paid by the winner.
    • Domain registration and renewal costs are not included and must be paid by the winner where required.
    • Any third-party paid integrations, premium add-ons, or external services are excluded unless agreed in writing.

  6. After the Free Period

    After 12 months, the platform will continue at the standard Community package pricing applicable at that time, unless cancelled by the group.

  7. Setup & Cooperation

    The winner agrees to provide reasonable information, branding, and cooperation required to set up the platform. Failure to engage within 30 days may result in the prize being withdrawn and offered to another eligible entrant.

  8. Fair Usage

    The free platform must be used for legitimate community and group purposes only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where the platform is used for:

    • Illegal activity.
    • Harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
    • Spam or misuse.
    • Activity that risks platform security or reputation.

  9. No Cash Alternative

    The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or alternative services.

  10. Availability of Features

    Features may evolve over time as part of normal platform development. Some features shown in marketing material may vary depending on package level, future development, or technical requirements.

  11. Support & Availability

    While reasonable support will be provided, My Community Support does not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or compatibility with all third-party systems.

  12. Limitation of Liability

    My Community Support accepts no liability for indirect losses, loss of data, downtime, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, hosting, or third-party services.

  13. Right to Refuse or Withdraw

    We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel the prize where:

    • False information has been provided.
    • A group is deemed unsuitable for the platform.
    • Technical, legal, or operational reasons prevent delivery.
    • These terms and conditions are breached.

  14. Promotion Changes

    My Community Support reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if required.

  15. Not Affiliated

    This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Ford, Mustang, or any vehicle manufacturer.

  16. Acceptance of Terms

    By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
